Updating an historic cottage in the southwest hills

ABOUT

Two bathrooms, a kitchen and a covered porch made for a big project with a long-time client who would soon be hosting new grandbabies and more family gatherings. Creating an upstairs suite of guest rooms and a full bathroom out of un-utilized attic space made sure there was plenty of space to welcome family and create new memories. The outdoor fireplaces and heated floors help make the covered porch a year-round retreat.
