A life-long traveler and curious spirit was inspired by an exhibition of one of Schütte-Lihotzky’s “Frankfurt Kitchen” designs while traveling Europe. We recreated elements of the infamous design to emphasize stylish efficiency in a compact space and even included original aluminum storage bins for dry goods. Harkening back to the original 1930s construction of this two-story converted apartment, we threaded original elements through the entire design including fixtures, sinks, details and colors. A bathroom remodel creates a brightness and comfort with vintage details flowing seamlessly into the updated colors and accents in the rest of the home.
